Whenever you wish to do any property improvements, you need to submit an Improvement Request Form to the Architectural Control Committee, 30 days in advance of your project. You can copy/paste the form on this page and print it, or you can request one. Please send the form to the Architectural Committee Chairman, Charles F. This is not necessarily an improvement request, but I would like to comment on a few additions to Wedgewood Place addition. The new park equipment for children is exceptional. We always enjoy walking through the park and our children play quite often at the park. We appreciate the hard work and the upgrades.
I was a bit disappointed when I saw the new color schemes for our signage in the addition. The new purplish color does not match the old color and has the ability to lessen the value of our addition. When I look at other housing addition signs, I always admire their signs — especially, the Chadwick condos across from the old Marsh store. I hope Wedgewood will look to upgrade our front sign in the near future and also discontinue using the new purplish color on street signs.

I have to disagree with the comment above about the new color. I see it as a Blue and liked the new color. The White on the lettering is a big improvment and makes it easier to see at night.
